During the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) National Nutrition Month (NNM) everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits.  This year, what better way to Personalize Your Plate than over quick, easy, healthy and exciting lunches!

Make lunch an exciting part of your workday! In 15-minutes get the recipe, cook along and see how you can personalize your plate every Wednesday at 12:15 during March, which is National Nutrition Month.

Week 1: Peanut Butter Strawberry Quesadilla and Hot Coffee with Frothed Milk and Cocoa Sprinkles

You don’t have to go to Greece, Italy or any other Blue Zone to live healthier eating this crusty Mediterranean sandwich layered with basil pesto, roasted peppers, spinach, tomato, kalamata olives and mozzarella.

Holi is a Hindu festival of spring, color and love. Celebrated March 29th, the theme of turmeric-gold channa with chickpeas, red peppers, onions and spinach continue to bring color and good health to lunch!
